Pages do not appear on Menu, nor main pag

Hey everyone,
I add new pages and publish them, however they do not appear on my page.
for example: https://juliahappy.com/integrity-project/
Integrity project does not show as a page.It all started when i trashed some old pages. Maybe there was something i do not know about.
All of my mages that are on the menu used to be on may main home page. And i could see all of the content by scrolling down. Now blog is not there. https://www.juliahappy.com
