Pages don't appear

I am trying to add a book with 30 pages. All pages load, but pages 19-30 show as a white box instead of the image. When looking at the book, those pages don’t appear. I have removed them and re-added them, to no avail. I’ve also started a brand new book, and the same thing happens. The images appear in my media files, just not in the photo book builder.
