Pages Don’t Appear in Display Rules

Thanks so much for responding.

Yes, that’s exactly the steps I’m doing. To be specific:

1. When it prompts me to “Enter One or More Characters” I type the specific name of a page in, and it doesn’t appear, such as “About Us”. There are many pages listed there if I type in a single generic character, but not all the pages of my site, and certain pages do not come up even if I am specific in my search and type them out by name. If I start typing “About” nothing comes up except a lot of pages that are not the About Us page.

2. Regarding the number of pages, yes, I can keep selecting up to as many as I want, but when I hit “update” it defaults to no more than 10–it discards every page I’ve selected past the first 10. When it updates, there are only the first 10 remaining, in other words. I can keep adding a new rule, but each new rule allows me to select as many pages as I want, but will only Update with 10 of them.

Please advise, I love the plugin and would love to go premium, but this is a huge problem!

Thank you so much! I deleleted the old plugin and installed this version you provided.

Unfortunately, though this helped, the problem still isn’t completely solved:

1. I can now select as many pages as I want from the menu, there is no longer a limit of 10, thanks!

2. Unfortunately it still cannot find certain pages. Though it finds certain landing pages and pages of the main site, it can’t find pages such as Portfolio, Jobs, etc., that I want to block certain popups from appearing (it would have a special promo on it that I only want on certain landing pages, not my main site).

I’d say about 50% or more of the pages on my site don’t appear in the search results when I try to add them.

Do you know what could be causing this? It’s very strange. Could it be because I have just too many landing pages (600 +/-) and that it just overwhelms the search function?

Please, try to group all of those pages under 1 category and try to select them for your popup in the Display rules, via a Category.

That did it!

I had to install a quick plugin and categorize my main site pages, but it was quick enough, and now it’s working properly!

Thanks so much for all the help, glad it’s resolved, now I can get to working with the plugin! Great job by the way, I love the fact that I can just pull code from an existing container from a page on my Avada themed site and it automatically creates the popup from the html code in the container. Very slick!
