Pages don't work – probably since 4.2.2 update

Hi there

I am trying to help a friend who has run into an issue with his site (located at https://bit.ly/1AgCBPX).
The site is running a variation of the ‘Chameleon’ template.
What the guy had is a little hard to explain: it was a structure of a main, where below it there were sub-pages. so he had a Manufacturers page, which has a list of all manufacturers – what used to happen, is that when you select one, it goes to their page (which was another template page). But what happens now, is that it goes to a 404 page (
No Results Found).
Its the same with another section – the Clearance page.

Unfortunately we dont have access to the hosting panel – i was hoping we could roll back something.

Does anyone have any pointers for me, that i can see what the issue was? maybe 4.2.2 doesnt support something in the site? Is there a way to reconstruct this hierarchy that they had?
