    Hi!

I am creating an events page and am wondering how to go about setting pages with different categories of posts (past events, upcoming events, blog etc) the way it looks like on the homepage or a general gallery/list of posts? Or do I have to use a widget for this?

    Thanks! ??

Hello, could someone please help me with this?

Is there a good plugin or css for this where different posts can be categorised and posted into different pages?

    Many thanks!!

Recent Posts Widget With Thumbnails plugin by Martin Stehle. This will let you add posts from each category, as a widget, into a sidebar or footer area.

If you want the widgets in your pages instead, you should be able to achieve this with amr shortcode any widget by Anmari.

@mvsamuelsson, WordPress will automatically generate category pages that typically have the same, or similar styling to the “blog” page. This would be an example from the Dyad Demo site. Have you considered using those? All you would have to do would be to assign the appropriate category to the posts.

@sacredpath wow I can’t believe I didn’t think of that! Thanks so much. Do you know if I could remove the title though where it says “Category:” ?
