pages got bigger

Yesterday I updated some plugins on our website and after checking everything looked fine. However, today when I went to look at the website everything got ‘bigger’ such that the slider, text. etc, do not all fit on the page now. The only other unusual thing I did was run the OnPage.org check on the website.

I am now not sure what to do. Please help, thank you.
