Please install the health check plugin and verify your site runs on PHP version 5.3 or greater. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Sometimes hosting providers display incorrect information about what version you are running and you need to install the health check plugin to verify.

If it is not greater than 5.3.3. You need to contact your hosting provider for them to upgrade. PHP 5.3.3 came out in 2010

    Hi David,
After checking with our hosting provider (1&1) the PHP version is 5.4.32.
So what else can we do to make your 3 plugins work.
Is the 99$/month membership package offered by Inbound Now be a better option?

    Sounds like a plugin/theme conflict.

To test for a theme conflict:

    1. Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme
    2. Check to see if the issue still occurs
    3. If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with calls to action.

To test for a plugin conflict:

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Activate Calls to Action
    3. Check to see if the issue occurs

If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with Calls to action.

To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps:

    1. Activate each plugin one by one
    2. Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated

We are using Avada by ThemeFusion version 3.5.3 (latest version).
It is a very popular theme. I am pretty sure some of your client are using it (Please confirm).

When it comes to plugin, we will do the necessary test, as you suggested.

Also, what is the difference between the free version of your plugins and the membership packages you offer on Inbound Now?

You get access to all addons in the market with subscription: https://www.inboundnow.com/market/

If the free base plugins are not working for you, I suggest you troubleshoot that before making the purchase to a pro account.

    Hello David,

I think I discovered a clue for this issue, when French is enabled in WP (Settings, General, Site Language), I get this error message when I try to open Pages from the dashboard. No problem to open Pages if the WPLANG constant in the wp-config.php is set to English.

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 33030144) (tried to allocate 36 bytes) in /homepages/10/d478443513/htdocs/Wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1971

    Hi David,
How much RAM is required to run your 3 plugins?

This is the error message being displayed when French is enabled and the Pages are opened:
    —-
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 33030144) (tried to allocate 36 bytes) in /homepages/10/d478443513/htdocs/Wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1971
    —-

Memory status with English enabled: Memory: 22.31 of 120 MB (19%)
Memory status with French enabled: Memory: 26.37 of 120 MB (22%)
    *** Only 3% difference!

I want to upgrade to the right hosting package, so I need to know how much RAM is needed.
    Thanks,
