Pages in menu keep appearing in aphabetical order

    It seems that whenever I add a page to my template, the order of the pages on the nav appears in alphabetical order. Even when I switch the order in my menu or on the pages panel, it keeps appearing in alphabetical order in my site. How can I fix it?

    I am using Brightpage as my theme.
    I change the order in my menu from appearance-menus- I drag and drop the pages in the menu. But no matter what order I put them in the menu, the order in my site won’t change.

    Yes, I am made a new menu (called it main menu), and under that, I added two pages. When I drag and drop them in the order that I want them to appear on my site, although on the menu page in the backend of the site, it is in the right order, it doesnt show up in that order when I refresh my site!
