pages in Sinhala language

  • Hi Thanks in advance

    I simply want to mage few pages in my site in Sinhala. I want to type the h1 as well as the contents in Sinhala. My default language will still be English and most of the pages will be in English.Ideally the title when it appears in menus should be shown in Sinhala as well !!

    How do I achieve this. Can I use html or do I have to download something?

  • Hey Harsha,

    You can use Unicode Sinhala font to type contents in WordPress. You can use h1 headings and anything textual item in WordPress though they are Unicode. You can also rename Menu items from:

    Your Dashboard > Appearance > Menu

    Rename your menu items in Sinhala font so they will appear as Sinhala from the front end.

    The si.www.ads-software.com is still under translation. We are working our best to release a new package on Sinhala. Once we did, you can experience a fully functional interface in Sinhala. Until then, please rename menu items and headings in Sinhala Unicode fonts.
