• Hello,

    This may be a long shot but I have a friend who runs a movie-review website (synnematic.com). He has close to to 10,000 pages that simply contain some text and an image of the movie poster. There is no video anywhere on the website.

    In WP Admin the ‘Pages’ section is loading VERY slowly and I was wondering if there’s a way I could speed it up?

    Based on these results is there anything I can do?

    The only real big concern are the page generation time (known issue) and the overall peak memory usage.

    If you look on that page that gets generated by Query Monitor and view the $wpdb Queries section and sort by row…are there any that have a huge row count among the ~200 overall queries?

    Yes, very much so:

    “update_meta_cache()” has 152248.

    “WP_Query->get_posts()” has 9477.

    “wp_load_alloptions()” has 387.
