Pages missing from admin area

I am missing some of the pages from my admin All Pages area so I cannot edit them. I am sure it has something to do with the plugin Custom Post Type UI because the pages that are missing are under pages-types, uninstalling the plugin doesn’t help it just makes the pages disappear. I have tried uninstalling all plugins, changing themes, the pages do not come back to the edit area.
