Did you determine if the edit abilities return when you don’t have any post types registered via our plugin?

Can you provide the value found in the import/export area for the post types?

I have no idea what any of that means, I am just trying to help out a friend who messed up his wordpress. I do know that if I uninstall the plugin the pages do not come back, and the page names are not showing in the posts area of the database. but they are on the website and function

is there a way to get the page id from the front end? I feel like if I correct the name issue in the database the pages may show properly but I cannot tell which are which and he has a ton of crap in there.

In the CPTUI menu area, there’s an “import/export” menu item. I’m really curious what was used to register the custom post types, in regards to the slugs/post names.

If push comes to shove, would it be possible to be granted an admin user for long enough to see what’s going on firsthand?

set up an admin account using the email of michael @ webdevstudios . com.

just use michael or so for the username. This one is not as important for a specific. ??

I never had any issue editing anything found at https://www.mostlybanners.ca/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page which is what I interpreted as what you meant for “Page”.

I did amend the post type slug that you chose to use an underscore instead of a dash, which is a detail we mention in the “Starter notes”. I also added some labels so that you can see the post type in the dropdown when trying to edit it later, as well as for use in the admin menus.

Those are really the only things I noticed. If the issue is still present, then I’m going to need more details and/or links to where you’re referring to for the problem.
