pages not displaying

    I added a about 4 pages and none of them show up across the top of my wordpress site. I am looking at a separate computer that I am not logged into. I disabled all the plugins I added and still no luck. This is a new site and I am new to wordpress. It has never worked before. I am hosted on a windows account by webhost4life.com.
    any suggestions?
