• Good Afternoon,

Trying to pinpoint an issue we are experiencing at the moment with certain pages not displaying in full width.

All of our pages display in full width apart from the cart page and any product pages in grid view which have 3 or less products on.

We are using Woocommerce, with the settings of rows of 4 products to display.

If you click on a page that has at least 4 products on, you get the nice full width page showing nicely, but if any less than 4 products the page is all squashed up and out of sync.

    First things to test:

    1) Make sure that there were no pre tags in the html on the cart page. I can confirm that there are no pre tags.

    2) Switch to a default them, to see if the issue is stil there. Switching to a default theme, all was ok. Having used GeneratePress for a while, and really enjoy the theme, would like to stick with GeneratePress.

Unfortunately the site is on our localhost at the moment, as we will be pushing live, once we are ready to go live.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi there,

Tough to tell without seeing the issue live.

The free theme doesn’t have a WooCommerce module so it shouldn’t affect WooCommerce in any ways.

Any chance you can duplicate the issue on a staging environment so we can take a look?

    Let me know ??

We have premium plugin. Woocommerce single product page doesnt 1: show products correctly because image is too big 2; convert to single column on mobile 3; too big for screen when on mobile (which means that the site doesnt have a fixed width, it floats out of the screen so to say).

    What to do?
