Pages not showing up on front end

Recently upgraded my w3 total cache and everything went haywire on my site. Was able to restore back to previous backed up version but the problem only got worse. There was a large problem with my apc and I also had to use a wp-admin file from a backup from 4 months ago.

I can now access everything just fine on the back end. Also, the front end seems to be working fine in regards to the theme (header is ok, menu, footer). However, the pages themselves are not showing up. I have tried turning off caching and disabling all plugins. I also tried changing the permalinks settings. Nothing seems to work. I’m about to go with a clean install of wordpress but wanted to see if anybody has had this type of problem before first!
