    Hello Team,

    We have Rey Theme with Elementor. In Header when we cart icon it should open a cart tab but its not with Elementor but when i disable the Elementor plugin it works fine.

    Please note that we have already contacted the Theme support and their reply is below:

    Thanks for your patience Shail. I spent quite some time on your website unfortunately not being able to see exactly why that happens, but here’s what I found:

    somehow your homepage is seen by that WordPress/WooCommerce installation as the cart page
    the cart panel has some conditions https://d.pr/i/dacP8c that it doesn’t load the content on those pages
    your homepage returns is_cart true which makes the header doesn’t work
    it’s either another plugin that conflicts with Woo/Elementor/Rey or a custom code that you have somewhere turning that home into cart

    Either way, I am not able to replicate that on any of my Rey demo themes, which makes this issue localized on that installation of yours only. Unfortunately, I’ve exhausted all my resources to come up with a closure for this. You might want to head over to WooCommerce/Elementor support and paste them my above findings and ask them why that homepager returns is_cart true. They might be able to look into that. Or, if you know you have some custom code added, remove it.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    To rule out a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

    Hi Team,

    I have alredy tried that. And, for your reference, only three plugins currently are active Rey Core, Woocommerce, and Elementor. As soon as I disable the Elementor it starts working fine.

    Hi,

    As this conflict might be caused by a bug, I suggest making sure you are fully updated, we are working on debugging the latest version.

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

    @shailintesols Are you ok?
