Pages Scroll Nonstop Automatically on Some Browsers

    Every so often I hear from a user who is having this problem. All pages scroll nonstop without user involvement. If you scroll down it auto scrolls back up. I assume it doesn’t happen on 95% of users’ devices/browsers, but I hear about it when it does.

    Here is one user experiencing the issue:

    Device: Desktop
    Operating system: Windows 7 Professional
    Browser: Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    “This is the only website I have this issue with. It is very difficult to read a web page that is constantly scrolling upward.”

    I know this plugin is the issue because I’ve deactivated it before and the issue resolved. But I am using this plugin for our Shopping Page for recommended affiliate products, so I’d rather resolve issue than rebuild the shopping page.
