• Hi everyone,

My page was just fine but now it is not displaying correctly (on multiple browsers, including Edge/Mozilla/Chrome). Everything is showing where it is not supposed to be, the image at the top doesn’t appear, the font is different from the one I’ve set up.

Last time I checked this page it was perfect, now it shows horribly. This has happened a few times already with other pages on my site but after a while the page looked fine again. However, now my website is live and I can’t have this problem happening every once in a while.

Can someone help me out please?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

The page looks fine to me, I’m not seeing the issue as described: https://d.pr/i/N0hf4f

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    Hi again,

That page is working fine but the problem persists on others. I’ve tried on many browsers and also tried by disabling my addons but it still didn’t work.

I am using this version of Chrome:Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (64-bit)

In the meantime, I tried clearing the cache on W3 Total Cache and it is working. But this happens over and over again. Maybe it has something to do with my optins in the W3 Total Cache Plugin?

    Thanks.

Try fully deleting W3TC following their instructions (it’s more complicated than simply deactivating it).

Let it run without the cache for a day or two and see if there’s any improvement.
