Pages showing in sitemap despite settings saying otherwise

Hi all,

I’m having a problem where if I set a page to not appear in the sitemap from the Yoast metabox on the page edit screen, it still shows up.

This is causing a conflict in Google Webmaster Tools as I’ve set these pages to not index via the robots.txt file: screenshot

Can’t figure my way around this issue, and it’s causing me a bit of a headache.
