Pages take forever to load after installing WP Download Monitor Plugin

Ok, well I have been having this problem all day and cannot seem to find a solution. I installed the plugin WordPress Download Monitor this morning and installed and made a download page on my WP blog. Now when I go to the download page it sometimes(not every time) takes a VERY long time to load. I have set the right permissions, and even verified with my host. And I was told by them it had something to do with php not compiling or compacting right? I’m not sure which word he used. But every time I talk to them they don’t get the error so they can’t really help me. It even happens to certain links on the downloads page as well. I have uninstalled and re-installed and tinkered with many settings and checked plugin compatibility with others. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, just remember it doesn’t happen every time, just enough to make me very angry and not able to stand it. My site is https://www.bonkerbros.com and the downloads page that will just not load sometimes is https://www.bonkerbros.com/?page_id=73 and one of the links it seems to happen to more often than other links on the page is this: https://www.bonkerbros.com/?page_id=73&did=4 It is only my download page that is affected, no other pages or links have this problem, and it just started when I installed the Download Monitor, so I am assuming it has something to do with that.
