Pages that aren’t supposed to be cache

    Using Dokan Lite version on my site. It seems that Dashboard page cannot be cache but disabling cache for https://www.mywebsite.com/dashboard doesn’t solve the problem. Is https://www.mywebsite.com/dashboard/products/ also considered a page ? If that’s the case then we need to disable cache for all the following pages ?

    …/dashboard/orders
    …/dashboard/withdraw
    etc. etc

    Is there any other pages, that aren’t supposed to be cached ? Using Dashboard with caching capability introduce a whole lots of problem such as commissions are not updated, the entire withdrawal function becomes totally out of logic etc. Thanks.

    Thank you for your ticket. Yes, you are correct. A cache plugin can create some problem on the dashboard pages of Dokan. To get rid of caching problem you have to disable cache for /dashboard, /dashboard/orders, withdraws and products. So, you have to add the product page into the list.

    It seems like you are using WP Super cache if yes, then you can insert those pages on the area to disable cache.

    I guess you are the same person I have been talking on the support for Pro version ? When will you get back to me regarding all the issues I am facing with the pro versions ?

    We purchased the plugin so that it will at least be like plug-and-play sort of thing. We are purchasing plugins not to become your testing department. I am seriously in need to talk with either your supervisor or some resolutions over my problems. Stop treating me like I am your testing department.
