Pages won’t scroll on mobile

  • For some reason all pages except the homepage and doctors page (part of the theme) won’t scroll on mobile. Only the header , title area and footer is visible but I can’t scroll through the rest of the page content before reaching the footer.

    Desktop and tablet are fine. Any ideas why this is happening?

    Unfortunately the site is not live yet but if anyone can steer me in the right direction that would be great!!

    suggested steps:
    -contact the support team for the theme you are using.
    -install + activate health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme
    might help narrow down the source of the issue

    Hi Lisa,

    I have deactivated all the plugins and found that the Beaver Builder is causing the error on mobile – which I’ve used to build a lot of the site pages.

    I activated de-bug mode which provided me with the below link…does this help at all?

    As the beaver builder is part of the latest wordpress version (or as far as I’ve been told), the theme developers are unable to help.

    Anything I can do to fix this issue?
