    Hello Daan,

I’m using your OMGF plugin for a few months and been very satisfied with it, today I installed CAOS for the first time mainly because I don’t want bloated plugins for GA no more. 3 things occurred to me:

    1) when testing the homepage on PageSpeed Insights I get this message:
    Preload key requests
Warnings: A preload <link> was found for “https://www.xxxxxx.xx/wp-content/uploads/caos/analytics.js?ver=5.5.1&#8221; but was not used by the browser. Check that you are using the crossorigin attribute properly.

    2) when testing the homepage on GTmetrix Insights I get this message:
    wp-content/uploads/caos/analytics.js?ver=5.5.1 (cancelled)

    3) on GA I see no realtime visitors anymore.. is that normal?

For caching I use WP_Optimize and Cloudflare as CDN. All caches were flushed few times.

Otherwise, this plugin improved already my score on PageSpeed and got rid off that Leverage Browser Caching message on GTmetrix.

I’m looking forward for any advice regarding those few things I mentioned.

    Best regards,

    Ivan

    Hi Ivan,

Sorry for the late reply. Your issue got lost in the pile!

    1. CAOS doesn’t add preload links for analytics.js. Did you do that manually with another plugin perhaps?

    2. I have no explanation for this. But, judging from point 1, it might be that analytics.js doesn’t exist? Did it actually download?

    3. No, that’s not normal. Analytics is supposed to function like you’re used to.

No worries Daan, everything’s fine now. I forgot to deactivate another GA plugin.

    Cheers!
