• Hi,

We have developed our website in WordPress having pages on staging and a live server. While checking the mobile and desktop performance of the respective URL it’s showing different performance rates. Please share the reason why it’s showing a different performance rate. And also guide us to increase the performance.

    [ redundant links removed ]
    Mobile performance – 64
    Desktop performance – 48

For reference purpose we have shared the screenshot of respective URL.

  • Basically, all this comes down to your site loading way too much stuff. It’s making 117 requests in total, many of the largest are images (54), scripts (28), and third-party things like videos (94). That’s over 3.4 MB of stuff the site is loading.

The simple answer is to get rid of most of those things if you want a high score. The more nuanced answer lies within the PageSpeed Insights tool itself. If you scroll down the page, you can click on the tabs under “Opportunities” and “Diagnostics” for specific information on what needs to be fixed.
