PageSpeed Insights- above fold issues

I like many other have PageSpeed Insights errors above the fold. My two biggest ones are my video and contact form plug-ins. You can check out the full list by running the insights on my site for yourself if you are feeling extra generous(bubblesoccerminnesota.net).

I’ve read until my eyes are bleeding for about 5 days now and tried to teach myself how to resolve the issue that many have had before me only breaking it further. Is there a simple solution I am missing? I’ve tried many versions of both of those plug-ins functions, I’ve tried every cache and supplemental plug-in (autoptomize, scripts to footer, all of the above the fold labeled ones, and a couple of async plug-ins).

I wish there was simple plug-in that would allow you to select via check boxes by page which plug-ins to load. That way at least only the pages that I needed the problem plug-ins would be an issue. Maybe that isn’t possible. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
