PageSpeed Insights for my Website under Customizr

Hi,

Though I try my best to get a “good score” and to improve the speed of the loading of my page, the Google PageSpeed Insights tells me that Resources block the first visualization of your page, and for exemple, especially this one (according to me) : …js/tc-scripts.min.js?ver=4.1.22

Also, another important question:

When I create a page, The title of my page appears under the header as a H1 (entry title) , but I already have the H1 of my page, it makes me 2 H1, which isn’t a good thing.
How could i remove the title from my page ? (not seeing it anymore on it, but still exists) without using things such as “display:none” ?
