Pagespeed Insights: render-blocking resources – lightspeed css cache files

    After running Page speed using Lighthouse tool, am getting Eliminate Render Blocking resources with litespeed cache files. Also some times am getting this css file in Reduce Unused CSS section.

    /wp-content/litespeed/css/3efd78872777bd2cf7450cb6bf4237d5.css?ver=69d5d

    Litespeed cache JS files are showing in Avoid serving legacy Javascript to modern browsers:

    /wp-content/litespeed/js/9addead341dea45c531562e714bc25b6.js?ver=aaec5

    /wp-content/litespeed/js/9addead341dea45c531562e714bc25b6.js?ver=aaec5

    Could any one please help me to fix this issue?

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    you could try enable Guest Mode and Guest Optimization

    or check the page with plugin disabled or bypassed , it will show the original file list , then you can use Delay JS include option to delay these JS on the given list.

    Hi @qtwrk,

    Thanks for your update.

    I tried with Guest Mode and Guest Optimization. After that also am getting those js files in “Avoid serving legacy JavaScript to modern browsers” opportunity in PageInsight scan report.

    These files are generated once we enable JS Minify option in Litespeed cache plugin.

    for “Avoid serving legacy JavaScript to modern browsers” , we can not help , it requires to modify the content of JS

    you will see it as well as you disable JS minify , it just changed names and minified after LSCWP option
