PageSpeed Insights shows Unknown Error on Home page

  • Hi there,

    PSI gives me an Unknown Error when checking the Home page of our website, but works on other pages like Our-Services/. Any idea what may cause the issue and how to fix it?

    can you make sure you’re using the full URL like this https://nutrifix-health.com/ ? I just tried it out and it’s loading the PageSpeed Insight assessment just fine.

    Thanks for the quick reply, Mikacns. I am using the whole URL as you suggested, but it doesn’t work. Don’t know how to share a print screen here so I can show you, but I get a Failed Core Web Vitals Assessment and then I get an Unknown Error for the Diagnose Performance Issues section. ??
