Pagespeed insights troubleshooting

I have installed W3 Total Cache and autoptmize plugins and configured settings.

When i check my pages in google page speed insights it shows the performance score is 89%

I can’t solve the following issues:-

Remove render-blocking JavaScript:

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js

Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans+Condensed:400,700

** Please suggest me how to solve the issue. I tried so many things and searched everywhere but no solution.
