Our emails are reporting scores of 0/100 and our dashboard is showing “No Reports found”, we’re also finding that our API key hasn’t been accessed.

Not sure what is going wrong here. Would we need a new API key or have to set up the plugin again?

I am curious about this part of your question, my plugin doesn’t send any emails. Looking back at a previous question you’ve asked here you mentioned MainWP. I recall that they develop a plugin that integrates with mine, but I have no affiliation with them and have never been in contact with them. I am guessing the emails and dashboard integration you are talking about is their functionality and not mine.

I just released a new version of this plugin which has some pretty major changes under the hood and I would guess that their plugin will need to be updated to work with mine again. It may be worth reaching out to their support to see if they are aware.

    Hi Matt,
Will the 3.X version still work or the new version is required because of the changes on the API?

    Thanks

    I just found this:
    https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v4/getting-started
“Deprecated. This page was written for version 4 of the PageSpeed Insights API, which is deprecated and will be shut down in May 2019. Version 5 is the latest and provides both real-world data from the Chrome User Experience Report and lab data from Lighthouse.”

So it seems we need to use the new version. ??

    Thanks
