PageView from browser with no event_id

  • Hello,

    I have installed and configured your plugin correctly but in one site I’ve found and error under diagnostic where the pageview sended via browser (only) has not an event_id.

    Even the pixel helper can’t find an event_id parameter.

    Is that correct?

    Hello,

    If you have CAPI enabled using our plugin ALL events fired by the plugin will have the Event ID.

    If you can send me the page where you see events without Event ID, I will take a look.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    After the last update the problem seems to be solved. Anyway the event in the page had the id but facebook business showed in the diagnostic the alert.

    I’ll look if the problem occours again.

    Yes, that alert can be a false positive, and it’s quite common. If you see the event ID when you test, it’s all good.
