PageViews stay constant for longer periods of time

    I have installed Site Kit Plugin on the WordPress site. Since last week team has observed many constant page views and sudden drop in the page views of the site – [ redundant link removed ] The page views have stayed constant for longer periods of time. Request you to please help me with this.

  • @developersbb thanks for the support topic. When I view the source code of your site, I see there are two snippets for Analytics inserted: one from Site Kit and one from another method.

    Are you using another plugin or your theme to connect the site to Google Analytics? Could you tell us which?

    You should only use one method on your site. If you would like to remove Site Kit’s snippet, go to Site Kit > Settings > Analytics > Edit > Remove Snippet and confirm your changes.

    Site Kit should detect the existing snippet for Analytics and not insert its snippet, so it would be helpful for us to get more information to see what happened. Thank you!
