Paginate not working

  • i’m trying to get my archive page to work so that when you click older it brings you to the next set of 10 summarized articles,

    Right now under archives or categories https://www.elisuperoffbeattravel.com/?cat=9 it shows the first 10 articles but if you press the before or after button it’ll take you to a whole post not to next 10 summarized articles posted,

    I tried downloading paginate but that doesn’t work at all
