Hi! I’m sorry, but I don’t quite follow what you’d like to do. Older jobs should appear *below* the newer jobs. Can you share a link to your site?

I want to do that apper the older jobs on next page not below the newer jobs when I click to the “Load more listings” button if the Number of job listings to display per page set to 10 for example.

You want to reload a new page? That’s not how WPJM works, so I’m afraid that this would require some custom code to make it happen. We aren’t able to help with custom code requests like this, as per our support policy:
