1. Log in to backend dashboard -> Go to settings -> Permalinks -> And without changing anything click save changes button in the bottom

Try these
1. Update the plugin and just deactivate and activate again. ( You won’t lose the grid)
2. if possible try installing this WordPress plugin and visit the page where you have placed the post grid. If there is a red alert on top of the page it means there is some error. Please let me know if something shows up.

1. They are default posts. I never use CSS to customize.
2. I updated, deactivated and reactivated the plugin.
3. I installed the plugin and there is no error.
Pagination it does not change , remains on 1.

if you have any redirection or something which modifies the page URL please try deactivating that. Support level here is limited to bugs that can be replicated.

If you have the pro version of the plugin, please request a support ticket to get it fixed.

I was able to notice the bug. And replicate your issue. Thank you for bringing to notice.
I will be releasing a new update within 2 days to get that fixed. I am marking it as a bug.

The problem occurs when it is grid is used in within blog post pages. If it is used separate page it works fine. Let me have a few tests
