Please don’t run I just have some another question, LOL.

I have over 18,000 post to date and adding 150 to 200 new posts a day. Because of the size I am breaking them up into the Alphabet letters.

However when click on my Index or Post links at the Index bar it is taking almost 15 to 20 seconds to load the screen.

Now I am guessing but is your plugin loading all 18,000 links and then when the Alphabet letter is clicked on it only shows the posts that start with that Alphabet letter?

If so is it possible to have your plugin just load the 1 Alphabet letter posts, example just load the posts for that start with the letter A?

And is it also possible that if the letter A posts have say over 1000 posts. would it be possible to paginate the post into smaller chunks to make loading the page faster, say 500 posts?

I hope you see my problem, I am trying to think down the road and head off problems. if my site keeps growing and I get to 50,000 or 100,000 or more post your plugin may not work trying to show that much info at once.

If this would be a one off project let me know what you would charge to make the changes.
