Pagination ajax not working & on pagination images do not show

    I have the most up to date version of wordpress and the plugin.

    When viewing the gallery i have pagination and ajax ticked when clicking for example page 2 it reloads the page (even when using twenty twelve and all plugins off). When the page does reload it simply shows while boxes until you click them then the image is of course displayed in lightbox. (this does not happen in twenty twelve but does in my current theme customizer)

    Any help would be appreciated thank you.

    @03laceys – Have you tried changing your WordPress Permalinks from the “Default” to something like “Post name” or “Month and name” as much better alternatives?

    Unfortunately on some web hosting services using the “Default” Permalinks will cause things like this to happen with NextGEN Gallery.

    I have changed the perma link still no change…

    The pagination does not work regardless of theme, but the display of the photos not working properly appears to work ok in the basic word press theme but not my current one.

    The display issue in your custom theme might be down to the Customizr software used to design the theme.

    To troubleshoot this further i’d suggest to

    – disable all plugins
    – use the WordPress default theme (as suggested already)

    Does pagination work with all plugins disabled and standard theme?

    Hi,

    I have deactived all plugins and using the customizor theme neither issue is resolved.

    I have change themes to Twenty Thriteen and bot issues are resolved even when all plugins are activated.

    This obviously shows it is an issue only whilst using the customizor theme… any further help i know you didn’t create the theme.

    Likely that some javascript used by customizr causes the gallery to fail. Did you check https://presscustomizr.com/support/ for similar problems?
