Pagination and Multiple Category Search

    Just found this plugin and finally addresses most of the requirements. I have 2 questions :

    1. the plugin has an option to “load more” if the slide show is chosen. However, is there a similar option if the results are displayed in columns/rows ?
    2. I believe ebay have introduced a multi category search (upto 3 i think), as this feature is now implemented in another plugin i tried (initials of the said plugin : AN).

      would appreciate any feedback please. thanks

    To answer your questions in order:

    1. Yes, the ‘load more’ slide show option can be used when results are presented in multiple columns or rows. An example of this can be found on my homepage: https://www.fubaby.com/wordpress-plugins/fast-ebay-listings/ Scroll down to the examples for ‘Dynaudio speakers’. The number of columns and rows you set will dictate the size of the grid shown initially and then added with each ‘load more’ click.
    2. I will look into this further searching across multiple categories. The older eBay SOAP APIs allowed 3 categories, but eBay has now been encouraging all to use their latest REST APIs which only supported 1 category initially. Maybe the other plugin you mention is still using these old APIs, however, I expect eBay will deprecate the old SOAP APIs in the near future. The REST API docs still mention that only a single category can be used, but do promise more in the future, I’ll investigate further as this would be a really useful feature. In the meantime, I suggest setting up your searches to filter from a single higher-level category, or engineer searches on keywords instead (if you can).
