Pagination Doesn’t Work

I have “Paginate comments at 20” enabled but it doesn’t work.

In Settings > Discussion I have breaking comments as disabled – not sure if that matters. It was working before but now it doesn’t :/

Also, every time I edit a setting in the WP Disable plugin, it re-enables gravatars so I have to manually disable them under Settings > Discussion.

Love your plugin and will recommending it in my WordPress speed tutorials especially since you added heartbeat control. Just a few things I’ve been having trouble with ??
