    Thank you for posting your question!

    You can surely do that with Form Maker’s Page Break field. It lets you separate your form into multiple pages. You can set Page Titles for each page, as well as customize Next/Previous buttons.

    However, please note, that the structure of Page Break field does not allow moving it to change its position. But you can do this by dragging the form fields around the breaks.
