Pagination Help

Hey all,

I am having an issue with permalinks and pagination. My blog is 2BrokeCooks.com (Theme: Oxygen). I have an issue where I set permalinks to something other than the default, that when I click on the “next page” in my blog feed, the link changes to match the URL.

For example, if I want to go to page 3. My URL automatically changes to 3BrokeCooks.com/page3, page 4; 4BrokeCooks.com/…etc. It works fine using the default permalink option, but would love to at least change to it to the post name option. I honestly don’t know where to start, so if you can offer any help that would be awesome!!!
