Pagination is not working

Hi Team,

I love your plugin very much. Its very attractive and flexible to use. But my pagination is not working if i have more posts. It is showing arrow marks but still its not redirecting to second page if i click arrow. Hence i changed to page numbers then its showing only 1 page where as iam holding nearly 10posts(max no of elements=3 i gave and column as 1). I am using default permalinks. When iam clicking on arrow its showing #. Kindly do help me immediately. Thanks in advance.
