• Hi – I’m using Advanced Woo Search alongside the BodyCommerce plugin (https://diviengine.com/product/divi-bodycommerce/) on a site using the Divi theme. Everything seems to work fine except in the following scenario:- If I want to search for a particular artist I need to search on the first 4 characters of the sku e.g.#102. The drop-down search results are correct and the first page of results is correct but when I click on Page 2 or Next it reverts to a ‘No results’ page. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I mention one thing – when clicking on a pagination link new page content is trying to load by AJAX and fails. But if you then manually click the refresh button all works fine – https://artchilli.com/?s=%23102&post_type=product&type_aws=true&page=2&product_price=0%3B100000

So the simplest solution here is to disable ajax loading for pagination pages. If it is possible via your plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me. You’re correct, but unfortunately turning off the plug-in’s pagination causes a different problem – if you then do a search using the filters (e.g. Paintings or Other) the search results and first page are correct but clicking the second page returns a page that just says ‘0’. I’ve put in a support request to BodyCommerce so I’ll see what they have to say. I may come back to you!

    Many thanks
