Pagination – next and previous buttons don’t show

    It looks like you have a smartquote at the end of count="50" which may be causing the value to be ignored. (Here in the forums all of the quotes got turned into smart quotes, but in the email notification I received about this thread, I see that only the one after 50 is actually a smart quote in your pasted-in code.)

    If changing that to a straight quote doesn’t fix the issue, let me know.

    Also, if you’re using the Block Editor, be sure you are using an actual Shortcode block, rather than just typing your shortcode into a Paragraph block. WordPress does additional formatting of Paragraph blocks that can break shortcodes.

    That did it. Yes damned thing always wants to make smart quotes, thought I checked them all. Thank you!
