Pagination Not Working on Mobile

  • We’re using shortcode [wpupg-grid-with-filters id=”recipes-main”] on our home page. It works great on desktop and tablet, but on a mobile/phone it only displays the first page of results. Clicking pagination for 2nd or 3rd page results in empty recipe area. Are we missing a setting? How can we fix this?

    Hi Karen,

    Could you test disabling any caching plugins for a second and see if it works then?

    Thanks for your prompt response. We aren’t using a caching plugin, but there’s some caching in WPEngine hosting. I had cleared cache before, but this time I turned off the “smarter cache” option and cleared again. That seemed to help. I’ll have the client test further in the morning!
