Pagination not working properly

Hi,
I’m having an issue on the site I’m developing: https://papaver.no-ip.org/phones/

The problem is in the pagination. When I click i.e. second page, it loads all of the products. It doesn’t occur if I turn off Product Filter plugin. I tried replacing the code of my theme with the one from woocommerce plugin, but worked the same, just looked worse.

Do you have any idea how can I fix this problem?
