Pagination & Offset not working

Hey Bill,

first at all: thanks for this great plugin!
I actually use it for an business-internal page. So I can’t unfortunately send you a link to the site.

Now, the following problem:

I installed the extension for using a pagination. First I tried to use it without any special filters or sth. like that, just to see whether it works or not.
–> Works

The problem is, in our case, we are using the parameter offset=”1″. With this parameter activated, the pagination is not working anymore. It is displayed and I can click on it. The page is refreshing, the new url is quite correct with all queries set. But the content-area shows the same posts it did before.

I hope you understand what I’m talking about and maybe can send a solution for that special case.
