pagination page 2 displays "page not found"

    Here is the site I’m working on: https://www.modernfuture.net/wordpress

    I’m a total beginner with WordPress but my HTML/CSS background is decent. I’m trying to get my pagination working but when I click “next” or “2” to go to the next page, instead of showing the remaining posts like I want, it displays “page not found.” I’m not doing anything fancy with my permalinks (they’ve always been default) and I don’t have any plugins installed. I’m not sure what’s going wrong and I could really use some help. Is there any code I should provide that will help settle my troubles?
