Pagination with category posts

  • I’m pleased using the Make theme. No troubles so far.

    What I wonder is, is it there a way to customize the previous/next post links on single pages so that they only link to posts from the same category?

    I’m linking from a gallery page to an individual post in a certain category and want my visitors to only link forward and backward to pages in the same category.

  • Hello KeesD,

    I think the only way you could do this would be to install a child-theme and add a category template (copy over the index.php/default template) and then customize that. I’m not aware of any plugins that allow you to customize your category archives.
