Pagination with lots of pages

I have more than 1,000 posts in a category.
When I set to display 10 posts per page, such as using “numberposts=10 pagination=yes”, 1 to 100 page links (small rectangular boxes) are displayed at the bottom of page.
But, it does not look nice showing lots of pagination boxes.

In fact, I do not want 100 page links (boxes) at the bottom. I want simple look of pagination. For example, it will be happy if 1 to 10 pages links are displayed, and
from 11 to 100 pages I can view by clicking “more” button, somewhat like Google search result page.

Is that possible?
Please give me an advice.
